采用SEM观察了镀锡基板表面线状缺陷的微观特征并分析了其成因,针对缺陷成因提出了相应的工艺控制策略。研究表明:热轧带钢表面存在氧化铁皮压入导致的麻点是此类线状缺陷的根本成因。采用降低精轧入口温度,提高工作辊冷却水压,增开机架间冷却水等工艺措施,基本消除了热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮压入状麻点,有效控制了镀锡基板表面此类线状缺陷的发生。
The microscopic characteristics of linear defects on the surface of tin-plated substrate were observed by SEM and the causes of defects were analyzed. The corresponding process control strategies were proposed according to the causes of defects. The research shows that the pitting caused by the pressing of the scale on the surface of hot strip is the fundamental cause of such linear defects. By adopting such measures as lowering inlet temperature of finishing rolling, increasing cooling water pressure of work roll and increasing cooling water between stands, etc., the pressing of iron oxide skin on the surface of hot strip is basically eliminated and the surface of tinplate is effectively controlled The occurrence of linear defects.
