本文重点介绍了一种高效脱氮菌和低温蒸发技术的应用情况,针对高COD、高氨氮浓度、含氟离子的生产废水,以及太湖流域氨氮零排放的要求,探索了一种零排放技术,在工程实践中取得优越的稳定运行效果,是传统工艺和新技术有机结合的二次创新.具体为高浓度含氮废水经过隔油+降温+物化+生化联合工艺后采用抗污染反渗透膜进行回用处理,回用水用于生产工艺用纯水,反渗透浓缩后的浓缩液进入低温蒸发装置,实现“氨氮废水零排放”.“,”This article focuses on an efficient denitrifying bacteria and the application of low temperature evaporation technology for waste water of high COD,high ammonia concentrations,fluorine ions and the Taihu Lake Basin zero emissions of ammonia.It explores a zero-emission technology and achieves excelent operating results stable in engineering practice.It is the second innovation of traditional technology and new technology combine.The high concentration nitrogen waste water have reverse osmosis treatment after oil separation + cooling + physicochemical + biochemical,the deionized water of reverse osmosis can be used in process as pure water,the concentration of reverse osmosis unit concentrated concentrate into the electric heating evaporator evaporation crystalization,realize “Zero Emissions Technology”.
