随着社会的变化与发展,传统的以规章制度为中心得管理模式已经越来越难以适应社会的快速发展,难以适应学生的多元化需要。这种传统的管理模式因为压制了教师的个性,会造成教师对制度的反感,会使教师产生抵触的情绪。故此,为了更好的做好广大教师的思想工作,职业学校应该在管理中融入柔性的要素,采用柔性管理的策略。下文就围绕柔性管理进行简要的分析,并对职业学校实施柔性管理的策略进行简要的分析。1、柔性管理的主要含义
