目的 :探讨射麻止喘液 (由麻黄、射干、地龙、杏仁、半夏、细辛、椒目、桔梗、甘草等中药组成 )治疗哮喘的临床疗效及机理。方法 :将 6 2例哮喘急性发作的轻、中度患者随机分为两组 ,其中射麻止喘液治疗 30例 (简称射麻组 ) ,舒氟美治疗 32例作为对照组。观察两组的临床疗效 ,并测定治疗前后的肺功能、PD2 0 、血浆ET、血浆粘度水平的变化。结果 :射麻组的总显效率为 4 3.33% ,总有效率为 56 .6 7% ,与对照组疗效相仿 (P >0 .0 5) ;射麻组可提高哮喘患者的肺功能、PD2 0 ,降低血浆ET、血浆粘度水平 ,与对照组比较均无显著性差异 (均P >0 .0 5)。提示射麻止喘液有利于哮喘发作期的治疗 ,其机理可能与拮抗炎性介质、降低气道高反应性、降低血浆粘度等方面有关
Objective :To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of Shema Zhichuan Jiang (composed of Ephedra, Shegan, Dilong, Almond, Pinellia, Asarum, Pyrropod, Platycodon grandiflorum, Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc.) in the treatment of asthma. Methods : Sixty-two patients with acute attack of asthma were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 30 were treated with Shema Zhichuan Fluid (abbreviated as ramie group) and 32 were treated with Shufumei as the control group. Observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups, and measure the change of lung function, PD2 0, plasma ET and plasma viscosity before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of ramie group was 43.33%, the total effective rate was 56.67%, which was similar to the control group (P > 0.05). The ramie group could improve the lung function of asthma patients, PD2 0, reduced plasma ET, plasma viscosity levels, compared with the control group were no significant differences (both P> 0.05). It is suggested that Shemazhichuan is beneficial to the treatment of asthma attack. The mechanism may be related to the antagonism of inflammatory mediators, reduction of airway hyperresponsiveness, and decrease of plasma viscosity.
