The photoluminescence spectra of Al_yGa_ (1-y) As / Al_xGa_ (1-x) As quantum well laser materials were measured. It was found that there were two peaks in the photoluminescence spectrum of continuous-temperature laser materials at room temperature, In materials, there is only one very broad peak, which is attributed to the transition of quasi-ferromagnetic electrons.
