国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,国有企业政工干部的素质提升对国有企业的发展有着密不可分的作用。本文从我国国有企业政工干部的素质现状入手,围绕政工干部思想观念的转变、自身工作作风的树立以及国有企业政工干部培训体系完善等几个方面对国有企业政工干部素质提升的有效方法进行了论述。
State-owned enterprises are the backbone of our national economy. The improvement of the quality of the state-owned enterprises’ political cadres plays an inseparable role in the development of state-owned enterprises. This article starts from the current situation of the quality of the state-owned enterprise’s political cadres, and discusses the effective ways to improve the quality of the state-owned enterprise’s political cadres from several aspects such as the change of the ideology of the political cadres, the establishment of own working style and the improvement of the training system of the state- .
