为了探讨肿瘤抑制基因P53突变与肾脏肿瘤发病关系,对25例肾脏肿瘤进行了免疫组化研究,结果22例肾细胞癌(RCC)标本中,P53阳性率为27％(6/22),进一步表明P53基因突变与RCC存在一定联系。
In order to investigate the relationship between the mutation of tumor suppressor gene P53 and the development of renal tumors, immunohistochemical studies on 25 cases of renal tumors showed that the positive rate of P53 was 27% (6/22) in 22 cases of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) P53 gene mutation and RCC there is a certain relationship.
