水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧锅炉集流化床燃烧与水煤浆悬浮燃烧为一体,具有运行操作简单、可靠性高、燃尽效果好等特点,而且可以在燃烧过程中直接脱硫,同时,由于低温燃烧和分级配风抑制了热力型及燃料型NOx的生成与排放,以较小的代价实现了清洁燃烧,具有推广应用价值。通过现场测试,并结合5个采暖期的运行实绩,从锅炉点火启动性能、热工特性、环保特性和经济效益等几个方面分析了水煤浆流化-悬浮燃烧热水锅炉的运行特性。发现锅炉冷态点火启动特性、压火特性和负荷调整特性良好,出力能够达到设计要求,而且运行稳定可靠、燃烧效率高,平均热效率为89.96%,环保指标(SO2、NOx、粉尘浓度和烟气黑度等)也满足当地国家标准,同时具有良好的经济效益。

Through the field test and combined with the operation results of five heating periods, the operation characteristics of CWSFWH boiler were analyzed from the aspects of starting performance, thermal characteristics, environmental characteristics and economic benefits of the boiler. It is found that the starting characteristics of cold start of the boiler are good, the characteristics of fire suppression and load regulation are good, the output can meet the design requirements, and the operation is stable and reliable. The combustion efficiency is high, the average thermal efficiency is 89.96%. The environmental indicators (SO2, NOx, dust concentration and flue gas Blackness, etc.) also meet the local national standards, but also has good economic benefits.
