通过对美国国家安全形势与外语政策制定三个阶段的梳理与探讨,归纳出其外语教育政策的主要内涵和目标,揭示出美国外语教育政策的一个重点是从宏观上服务于国家安全需要,进而为我国国家安全考量下外语政策的制定提供一定的借鉴。
Through combing and discussing the three phases of the U.S. national security situation and foreign language policy making, the author concludes the main contents and objectives of its foreign language education policy and reveals that one of the key points of the U.S. foreign language education policy is to serve the needs of national security macroscopically. Provide some reference for the formulation of foreign language policy under the consideration of our national security.
