目的:探讨功能性电刺激对痉挛型双瘫型脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法:选择痉挛型双瘫型脑瘫患儿共60例,将全部患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规综合康复治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加功能性电刺激治疗。刺激部位:胫骨前肌、股四头肌、臀大肌。2组患儿均持续治疗1个疗程,在康复治疗前及治疗后均进行粗大运动功能测试量表(gross motor function measure scale,GMFM)检测徒手肌力法(manualmuscle testing,MMT)测试。结果:康复治疗后,治疗组肌力提高总有效率为83.33%。对照组肌力提高总有效率为66.67%,2组肌力比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后,2组GMFM总分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗组GMFM总分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能性电刺激有助于改善脑瘫患儿的运动功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of functional electrical stimulation on the motor function of children with spastic diplexoparaphy cerebral palsy. Methods: A total of 60 children with cerebral palsy of spastic diplexoparathyroidism were selected. All the children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive rehabilitation. The treatment group added function Electrical stimulation. Stimulation site: tibialis anterior muscle, quadriceps, gluteus maximus. Both groups were treated for one course of treatment. Before and after rehabilitation treatment, gross motor function measure scale (GMFM) was used to test manualmuscle testing (MMT). Results: After rehabilitation, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%. After treatment, the total score of GMFM in two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.01), while the GMFM in treatment group was 66.67% (P <0.01) The score was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Functional electrical stimulation can improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
