〔目的〕回顾性分析星丸非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的临床表现、治疗效果及各种因素对预后的影响，并对术后放、化疗的作用，提出见解。［方法］睾丸非霍奇金淋巴瘤22例，全部病例均先作根治性切除术、术后病理证实、分类。术后单纯放疗4例，化、放疗结合18例。［结果］以寿命表法计算生存结果1、3、5年生存率分别为72．7％、50．0％和39．9％。［结论］本病不论病期早、晚术后均应予全身联合化疗。放疗仅作区域性引流区病灶的控制。根治术后采取化疗—放疗—化疗是可取的治疗模式。
[Objective] To retrospectively analyze the clinical manifestation, therapeutic effect and the influence of various factors on the prognosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), and give the opinion on the effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy after operation. [Methods] Twenty-two testicular non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma patients were treated with radical resection in all cases. The histopathology was confirmed and classified. Postoperative radiotherapy alone in 4 cases, combined with radiotherapy and 18 cases. [Results] The 1, 3, 5-year survival rates of the survival results calculated by the life table method were 72.7%, 50.0% and 39.9%, respectively. [Conclusion] The disease should be combined with systemic chemotherapy in both early stage and late stage. Radiotherapy only for regional drainage control of focal lesions. Radical surgery to take chemotherapy - radiotherapy - chemotherapy is desirable mode of treatment.
