目前,我国在实务界和理论界都对业绩评价和激励机制的研究分别有不同程度的进展,但往往把两者割裂开来分析研究.我国国有国有企业就存在着这样的问题,所以本文首先阐述了研究企业业绩评价与激励机制问题的必要性,分析了当前国有企业业绩评价与激励的存在的问题,提出了基于价值创造的国有企业业绩评价模式和将人力资源考虑在内的激励模式,详细分析了报酬构成与支付形式。
