2007年7月29日至8月1日,河南省三门峡市陕县支建煤矿经历了一场惊心动魄的战斗。在党中央、国务院的亲切关怀下,在河南省委、省政府和国家安监总局、国家煤监局的组织指挥下,受灾地区各级组织和广大军民密切配合,经过76小时的全力施救、科学施救、精心施救,69名被困矿工无一损伤地全部生还,成为我国煤矿抢险救灾最成功最完美的一次。创造了煤矿救援史上的奇迹。据介绍煤矿属国有地方煤矿,1958年建矿,年设计生产能力21万吨。从危机公关的角度来看,这也是一个相当成功的案例,需要认真加以总结。
