为确保沪杭客运专线铁路开通运营后,合理安排本线高速动车组和跨线动车组列车开行,在分析既有线沪昆、笕杭、宣杭、萧甬线以及杭州站能力、客流情况和沪宁城际高速铁路动车组列车开行情况,合理安排杭州和杭州南两站客运办理业务分工,对既有相关通道旅客列车和行包以及货物列车作出相应调整,提出沪杭客运专线铁路动车组列车具体的开行方案。
