本文利用二进提升格式,通过分析和研究二进提升方案,得到了一种新的构造提升二进小波滤波器的方法 -构造定理,新的二进提升方案包含了Sweldens提升方案作为它的一个特殊情况,这种变换不仅能克服“Mallat小波变换”的不足,而且还隐含着潜在的优越性,以新的B-样条二进小波作为初始二进小波滤波器,结合消失矩条件,通过调整滤波器的提升参数,构造了具有线性相位、紧支撑、高阶消失矩及有限长的单位脉冲响应的提升二进小波,此方案不仅可以构造二进小波滤波器而且还可以构造双正交小波滤波器,但是这些提升的二进小波不能由Sweldens提升方案所得到。
