山东有“蓝黄”国家级发展战略,如果没有县域经济的加速发展,“蓝黄”战略难以落到实处。国家级战略不仅山东有,其他省份也有,如果把握不好,运用不好,落不到实处,山东照样会发展得很慢。
Shandong has “blue and yellow ” national development strategy, if there is no accelerated development of county economy, “blue and yellow ” strategy is difficult to implement. The state-level strategy is not only in Shandong but also in other provinces. If mismanagement is not used well and can not be implemented effectively, Shandong will still develop very slowly.
