本文对铅蓄电池制造工进行了外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)和染色体畸变的研究,同时对构成人体金属酶的活性中心的重要微量元素锰、锌、铜也进行了研究,现报告如下。
In this paper, the study of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) and chromosomal aberrations of peripheral blood lymphocytes in lead battery manufacturing workers was carried out. At the same time, the important trace elements manganese, zinc and copper which constitute the active center of human metalloenzymes were also studied. The report is as follows.
