烟气脱硫循环流化床广泛地应用到电厂和烧结机脱硫中,但其直入口结构、循环灰的回料位置等结构因素易造成塔内流场的不均匀,对脱硫装置的稳定运行产生负面影响。本文以模拟为手段研究直导流板和多管文丘里等结构因素对直入口脱硫塔内流场影响。研究发现,采用直导流板和与不等径多管文丘里组合的方式能达到较理想的对称流动状态,流场较均匀,但阻力较大。
