工业用新型温度传感器的开发与应用

简述了镍铬硅-镍硅镁热电偶,抗氧化钨铼热电偶及黑体光纤红外辐射温度计。着重探讨了从国外引进的连续渗碳炉,铜、铝连轧生产过程中,在线检测用热电偶国产化问题。研制出渗碳炉用复合管型特种实体热电偶及铜水、铝液连续测温用热电偶,成功地用于瓦房店轴承厂、沈阳电缆厂等在线温度检测。实践结果表明,引进设备中的温度传感器不仅能国产化,而且可以走向世界,进入国际市场。 The nickel-chromium-silicon-nickel-magnesium-silicon thermocouple, tungsten-tungsten-rhenium thermocouple and the black-body fiber infrared radiation thermometer are briefly introduced. The problems of localization of thermocouple for on-line measurement in the continuous carburizing furnace, copper and aluminum continuous rolling introduced from abroad are emphatically discussed. Developed the carburizing furnace with a composite tube-type special solid thermocouple and copper water, aluminum thermocouple continuous temperature measurement, successfully used in Wafangdian Bearing Factory, Shenyang Cable Factory and other online temperature testing. Practical results show that the introduction of temperature sensors in equipment not only can be made in China, but also can go to the world and enter the international market.
