最近，美国的一些国会议员公开对中国政府提出了人民币升值的要求。假如中国政府不对美国提出的这一要求作出反应，美国国会将会要求美国政府对中国出口到美国的商品征收关税以示惩罚。而如果中国屈从美国的压力而采取人民币升值的做法，将会产生很严重的后果。
