采用超临界甲醇提取14C-绿黄隆结合残留物时,在超临界状态下维持30min,提取效率可达85.82%。对绿黄隆经超临界流体提取处理产生的分解产物进行TGC-MS分析。对仅含结合态14C-绿黄隆结合残留物的样品进行超临界流体提取处理时,释放出的14C-结合残留物会进一步发生分解。
When supercritical methanol was used to extract the 14C-chlorosulfonates, the supercritical state was maintained for 30 min, and the extraction efficiency was 85.82%. TG-MS analysis was performed on the chlorothalonil produced by the supercritical fluid extraction and decomposition products. When supercritical fluid extraction is performed on a sample containing only the bound 14C-chalcone binding residue, the released 14C-bound residue is further decomposed.
