全球气候的变化和人类活动的剧烈干扰使得涝灾在水灾损失中所占的比例呈增长的新趋势.从涝渍灾害致灾因子、内涝积水量形成机制与汇流过程描述涝渍胁迫条件下的水分生产函数、涝渍灾害控制标准、除涝排渍工程控制运用规律及涝渍灾害风险分析6个方面评述了变化环境下的涝渍灾害研究进展,并从涝渍灾害致灾因子的变异规律、孕灾环境的演变规律、承灾体的响应规律和除涝排渍工程控制运用规律4个方面,阐述了变化环境下的涝渍灾害研究存在的问题以及未来的主要研究方向.
