269医院建成自动调压、调温、供氧的三舱五门式大型高压氧舱。其手术舱长6.7m,直径3.15m;治疗舱高3.9m,直径3.15m。一次可容30名病人。该舱为军内四大高压氧舱之一。自1977年7月投入临床使用以来,7年内共开舱2,100余次,治疗病人1,500余名,效果良好。海军422医院利用5558型救生筏改制成海上伤员换乘吊篮。其优点是自由度大,不受舷差、风浪限制,换乘速度快,容纳伤员多(担架2副或坐伤员10名)。新疆某部卫生队将用过的、与袋装液体袋相连的密闭输液器剪下,改装成开放式输液管,经浸泡消毒备用,以解决基层输液管不足问题。空军吉林医院1984年5月以来,游离移植
