中频熔炼炉是铸造行业中必不可少的设备之一,其可靠性与安全性对于铸造行业的生产至关重要。可编程控制器(PLC)经过多年的发展,目前已经成为工业生产中应用范围广,应用场景多,又非常可靠的电子控制器。对于PLC和变频器在中频熔炼炉冷却水控制的应用进行了充分研究,绘制了工作流程图。设置了温度传感、压力传感、变频器故障报警、旁路备用开关等安全设施,实现了冷却水的闭环控制。在编制PLC程序时也设置了两种运行模式,充分考虑了中频炉运行的安全可靠。
