对人工育苗条件下花鲈仔、稚鱼的生长发育与昼夜摄食节律进行了研究。结果表明:在水温18.5~20.0℃条件下,仔鱼5日龄开口摄食;8日龄,卵黄囊与油球消失;14日龄,尾鳍开始分化;24日龄,第二背鳍和臀鳍开始分化;42日龄,第一背鳍开始分化;58日龄,鳞片开始出现;67日龄,形体与鳍式已同成鱼。仔、稚鱼苗的摄食具有明显的昼夜节律性,白天摄食,夜间不摄食;40日龄前,18:00时前后肠(胃)充塞度最高;49~50日龄及59~60日龄,10:00~20:00时肠(胃)充塞度多数个体5级、少数4级。仔、稚鱼全长与日龄的关系为L=2.6358+0.2700T,全长与体重的关系为W=3.48×10-3×L3.4433,体重与日龄的关系为W=0.705×10-4×T3.4503。
The growth and development of circadian seabirds and juveniles under artificial breeding conditions and the circadian rhythm of feeding were studied. Before 40 days of age, the intestine (stomach) had the highest degree of filling before 18:00; while those aged 49 to 50 and 59 to 60 days, 10: 00 ~ 20:00 intestine (stomach) degree of congestion most individuals 5, a few 4. The relationship between full length and juvenile age was L = 2.6358 + 0.2700T, the relationship between total length and body weight was W = 3.48 × 10-3 × L3.4433, the relationship between body weight and age was W = 0.705 × 10 -4 × T3.4503.
