随着素质教育改革的进一步推进,农村初中语文教育整体水平得到了一定的提高,但相对于城市特别是大城市,还有很多的欠缺:教师数量不足、教师素质不高、教学理念陈旧、教学方法死板、学生整体语文素养不高。对策是加强培训,开展多元化教学,转变教学观念。
