肝硬化是内科常见疾患,因其病情长期反复发作,给患者、家庭和社会造成了严重影响,已成为严重的公众卫生问题而引起人们的极大关注。临床上以肝功能减退和门静脉高压症为主要表现,目前西医尚无很好的治疗方法。笔者自1999年—2010年采用中西医结合方法治疗肝硬化40例,并与单纯西药治疗的20例进行对比观察,效果满意,现报道如下。
Cirrhosis is a common medical condition, because of its long-term recurrent illness, causing serious impact on patients, families and society, has become a serious public health problems caused great concern. Clinically, liver dysfunction and portal hypertension as the main performance, the current Western medicine is still no good treatment. From 1999 to 2010, the author treated 40 cases of cirrhosis with the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and compared with 20 cases treated with western medicine alone. The results are satisfactory and are reported as follows.
