推心置腹,以诚待人人之相交,贵在交心。以诚待人,推心置腹,可以使相逢初识的人成为一见如故,使本来隔阂较深的人成为知己。把一片赤诚之心置于对方的腹中,逐步地在教育者与被教育者之间建立一种情感相知、水乳交融的关系,十分重要。思想工作是解决人的思想、立场、观点,是建构在“人”的基础之上的一种社会实践,应以民主、平等、和谐的态度,与被教育者多交流与融合,从而使思想教育工作在尊重人、理解人、关心人的前提下,立足于凝聚人,培养人,激励人。同时,教育者不妨有意识地调换一下位置或角度,去理解,去观察,去体味和分析问题,设身处地体验,感受被教育者的所思、所感、所为,从而改变原有的心理定势,以求得教育者的认识更符合客观。增进理解,以情感人思想工作离不开一个“情”字,需要动之以情,情动于中,需要真情相待,以情感化。在现实生活中,我们常常会遇到这样的事情:同样是讲道理,有的人讲,员工就爱听,就乐于接受;而有的人讲,员工就不爱听,不乐于接受,甚至很反感。这是什么原因?其中最重要的原因之一,就是和员工没有建立深厚的感情,因而员工还不信任他。关心群众疾苦,帮助群众排忧解难,是我们党做好思想工作的一项好传统。群众不论有什么解不开的思想疙瘩,或者是遇到什么不顺心的事情,我们都要充满热忱,充满友爱,充满理解,主动地,热情地给以关怀和帮助。
