随着高校改革不断的深入发展,高校呈现出办学多元化、资金筹集渠道多元化、办学规模产业化的态势,各项经济业务越来越复杂,高校的内部控制制度越来越力不从心,高校财务管理问题日益凸现。本文通过内部控制视角,通过对高校财务管理的现状和问题分析,探索出其解决问题的措施。
With the continuous deepening of reform in higher education institutions, colleges and universities have shown the diversification of running schools, the diversification of fund-raising channels and the industrialization of running schools. As the various economic businesses become more and more complex, the internal control systems in colleges and universities are becoming more and more powerless. Management problems have become increasingly prominent. Through the perspective of internal control, through the analysis of the status quo and problems of financial management in colleges and universities, this paper explores the measures to solve the problems.
