命题能力是教师的一项基本专业技能,需要教师在实际的教学过程中不断的实践与研究,最终真正达成服务于教学、服务于学生的效果.而教师的常态命题却是我们很多教师忽略的一项工作,大部分教师常态课的课后习题都是来自于教辅用书,而教辅用书的习题虽然很经典,但不一定能很好的适应自己所教学生的实际需要.因此,面对常态教学,我们有必要对我们的常态课的课后习题的命制进行一定的优化和重视,以此促使学生在习题训练中达成更好的效果.笔者在实践的过程中进
