本文报道了抗衰神方可明显增强~(60)Co γ线照射损伤小鼠对同种异型抗原诱导的迟发型超敏反应和混合淋巴细胞反应,明显增强放射损伤小鼠脾细胞对刀豆蛋白 A(ConA)的增殖反应,明显增加放射损伤小鼠特异的抗体分泌细胞数及增强脾细胞对细菌酯多糖(LPS)的增殖反应,并能促进 ConA 刺激的小鼠脾细胞分泌白细胞介素-Ⅱ。证明了抗衰神方对放射线损伤小鼠非特异和特异的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能恢复具有明显的促进作用。
In this paper, it is reported that Kangshuaifang can significantly enhance the delayed-type hypersensitivity and mixed lymphocyte reaction induced by alloantigen in mice irradiated by ~(60)Co gamma rays, and significantly enhance the radiation-injured mouse spleen cells against the concanavalin. The proliferative response of protein A (ConA) significantly increased the number of antibody-secreting cells secreted by irradiated mice and enhanced the proliferative response of spleen cells to bacterial ester polysaccharide (LPS), and also promoted secretion of interleukin from ConA-stimulated mouse spleen cells. -II. It was proved that Kangshuai Shenfang has a significant role in promoting non-specific and specific cellular and humoral immune function recovery in radiation-induced mice.
