CVC技术的使用关键之一是如何开发出合理可行的辊形曲线,结合生产实际,得到最佳使用效果。涟钢2250热轧厂CVC曲线在使用过程中,工作辊窜辊行程经常达到正极限,轧辊热凸度和弯辊力出现极值异常的情况。通过对生产数据进行分析总结,结合CVC曲线设计原理对CVC曲线进行优化,得到了良好的效果,提高了产品的板形质量,降低了辊耗,取得了良好的经济效益。
One of the keys to the use of CVC technology is how to develop a reasonable and feasible roll curve, combined with the actual production, get the best results. In the process of using the CVC curve of the 2250 hot rolling mill in Lianyang Iron and Steel, the positive displacement of the work roll is always reached during the using process, and the extreme values of the thermal crown and bending force of the roll occur abnormally. Through the analysis and summary of the production data, the CVC curve is optimized based on the CVC curve design principle, good results are obtained, the plate shape quality is improved, the roll consumption is reduced, and good economic benefits are achieved.
