目的:研究了用60Co-γ射线辐照杭白菊杀菌效果及对功能成份和指纹图谱的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行定量分析和指纹图谱研究,并进行卫生学检查。结果:结果表明,杀菌效果随着辐照剂量的增加而显著增加,杂菌和霉菌的D10值分别为3.71 kGy和3.75 kGy。绿原酸含量和指纹图谱相似度随辐照剂量的增加而下降。结论:根据杀菌效果和功能成分因素综合考虑,认为杭白菊的辐照杀菌有效剂量以3.0~5.0 kGy为宜。辐照灭菌后的杭白菊有较好的耐贮藏性,保质期延长。
Objective: To study the bactericidal effect of Chrysanthemum irradiated by 60Co-γ ray and its influence on functional composition and fingerprint. METHODS: Quantitative analysis and fingerprinting studies were performed using high-performance liquid chromatography and hygienic tests were performed. Results: The results showed that the bactericidal effect increased markedly with the increase of irradiation dose. The D10 values of bacteria and molds were 3.71 kGy and 3.75 kGy, respectively. The similarity of chlorogenic acid content and fingerprint decreased with the increase of irradiation dose. Conclusion: According to the bactericidal effect and functional ingredients, the effective sterilization dosage of Chrysanthemum is 3.0 ~ 5.0 kGy. Chrysanthemum after irradiation sterilization has better storage stability, extended shelf life.
