将制冷系统的仿真模型与立式陈列柜的热卷吸系数关联式模型结合,提出双层风幕立式陈列柜系统的系统仿真方法,并编制计算机程序进行了仿真实验。根据仿真实验的结果分析了陈列柜系统冷凝温度、蒸发器面积和柜体参数的变化对陈列柜风幕送回风温度变化的影响规律。仿真实验的结果和试验测试值进行了对比分析,其最大偏差为1.9℃,平均偏差为0.9℃,说明本仿真算法具有工程应用价值。
The simulation model of the refrigeration system is combined with the correlation model of the vertical showcase’s thermal entrainment coefficient, and a system simulation method of the double-deck windscreen vertical showcase system is proposed. The computer program is compiled and simulated. According to the result of the simulation experiment, the influences of the condensation temperature of the showcase system, the evaporator area and the parameters of the cabinet on the return air temperature of the showcase air curtain are analyzed. The results of simulation and experimental tests are compared and analyzed. The maximum deviation is 1.9 ℃ and the average deviation is 0.9 ℃, which shows that the simulation algorithm has engineering application value.
