随着我国社会经济的飞速发展和科学技术的不断进步,建筑工程作为其中的支柱性行业,在经济改革发展过程中具有举足轻重的作用。在建筑工程蓬勃发展的大环境背景下,工民建工程作为建筑工程的重要组成部分,其施工质量的好坏与否和人们有着直接的关系,因而受到广泛关注。基于此,本文将基于工民建工程施工质量的管理要求,指出当前工民建工程施工质量管理存在的问题,并就如何提升工民建工程施工质量提出相应的管理措施。
With the rapid socio-economic development of our country and the continuous improvement of science and technology, construction engineering, as one of the pillar industries, plays a decisive role in the process of economic reform and development. Under the background of the thriving construction environment, the civil construction project is widely concerned as an important part of the construction project. Whether the construction quality is good or not and has a direct relationship with people. Based on this, based on the management requirements of construction quality of civil construction projects, this paper points out the problems existing in construction quality management of current civil construction projects, and puts forward corresponding management measures on how to enhance the construction quality of civil construction projects.
