饮食作为文化的载体之一,不仅内含着一个民族的文化精神与特质,而且也述说和传达着该民族的文化传统。由中国饮食与中华文化的结合而形成的中国特色的“美食”文化,是在数千年的文化历史中,经过无数前贤思想和智慧的熔铸与打造而形成的一种特殊文化。对于中国美食,人们不仅可以在感官上获得充分的物质享受,更可在精神上接通与中华文化数千年的历史联系,进而对中国饮食文化在全球文明中享有的美誉与地位取得理性上的文化认同。
