面对着中国教育“转型期”的到来,开放远程教育为了得到主流体制的认同与接纳,摆脱在高等教育资源重组过程中被继续“边缘化”的处境,纷纷与其他办学实体合并来整合教育资源。教育资源的调整为电大发展提供了机遇,也带来很大的挑战。面对这些问题,只有客观分析其产生的原因,才能提出切实可行的解决途径,从而为电大的可持续发展提供借鉴。
