近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《关于实行党政领导干部问责的暂行规定》(以下简称《暂行规定》)。《暂行规定》的颁布实施,是加强反腐倡廉法规制度建设、完善领导干部行为规范的重要举措,对于加强党政领导干部的管理和监督,增强党政领导干部的责任意识,更好地贯彻落实科学发展观,不断提高党的执政能力和执政水平,具有重要意义。国家行政学院博士生导师、政治学教研部原副主任王伟教授对《暂行规定》进行了解读。
