对连续7年定位试验地不同处理土壤进行研究。结果表明,在玉米生育期,覆膜比裸地土壤(高肥)中细菌数量有明显增加,放线菌和固氮菌数量变化不明显;玉米成熟期真菌数量增加明显。细菌的垂直分布不明显,放线菌和真菌垂直分布在拔节期和成熟期明显。高肥力土壤中氨化细菌、硝化细菌和反硝化细菌数量都明显增加。连续7年覆膜后,土壤中三大类群微生物和氮素生理群微生物的数量无明显变化,表明连续覆膜对土壤微生物数量的影响无持续性,其影响仅表现在当季作物的生长期内。
Different treatments of soil for 7 consecutive years of location were studied. The results showed that the amount of actinomyces and azotobacter did not change significantly in the maize growing stage compared with the bare soil (high fertilizer), and the number of fungi in maize increased significantly. Vertical distribution of bacteria is not obvious, actinomycetes and fungi vertical distribution at the jointing stage and mature stage. The amounts of ammoniated bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria in high-fertility soils were significantly increased. After 7 consecutive years of filming, there was no significant change in the quantity of microorganisms and nitrogen physiological groups in the three major groups of soils in the soil, indicating that the effect of continuous laminates on the number of soil microorganisms was not persistent.
