为了解大断面土质隧道初期支护施工过程中的力学特征,本文以王城高速公路西河口大断面浅埋土质隧道实体工程为依托,开展了施工过程数值模拟分析工作。对初期支护的施工力学特征进行了研究,结果表明:在整个施工过程,格栅拱架、初期支护混凝土均满足相应材料的强度要求,该隧道的设计与施工方案均合理;格栅拱架左、右侧拱脚部位的弯矩值较大,应予以进一步平滑过渡;临时支撑与初期支护结构连接部应力集中,在设计施工过程中应与一定的重视。
In order to understand the mechanical characteristics during the initial support construction of large-section soil-based tunnel, the numerical simulation analysis of construction process is carried out based on the solid engineering of shallow-buried shallow soil tunnel with large section in Xihekou of Wangcheng Expressway. The construction mechanics characteristics of the initial support are studied. The results show that the design of the tunnel and the construction scheme are all reasonable for the whole process of construction. The grid support and the initial support concrete meet the requirements of the strength of the corresponding materials. The bending moments on the left and right arch feet should be larger and should be further smoothed. The stress concentration at the connection between the temporary support and the initial support structure should be given some attention in the design and construction.
