我国是一个农业大国,我国的发展离不开农业的支持,而农田水利作为建设、发展农村的一个强有力的后盾,是我国农业发展的命脉。建设并快速发展我国的农田水利事业,不仅可以确保我国农村的农业可以快速发展,还可以使得我国农村的整体经济发展有一个快速的提升,而与此同时,也解决了我国的粮食生产以及经济发展的双重问题。那么怎样去加强对农田水利的建设管理,农田水利建设管理的关键点是什么,这是我国政府以及水利相关人员需要着重考虑的一个问题,本文主要是在对农田水利特点进行分析的基础上,对当前农田水利建设管理存在的问题及需要改善的关键点做了详细的分析,同时,也提出了加强农田水利建设的一些有效的措施。
