臂架设计是塔机设计过程中的一个重要环节,臂架的设计影响整机性能,特别是长臂架,其影响尤为突出。本文拟定的最佳设计目标是消耗材料最少而获得的经济效益最大。采用参数最优选择使之达到设计目的。选择了从局部到整体的前进路线。现对上吊点小车变幅式臂架(见图1)进行分析。先将臂架分段,然后选择其控制段,采用空间桁架的力学模型进行分析。目标函数为臂架总重量(W),使W=ΣρLA达极小值,就是最佳设计。显然面积A是主要控制量。视臂架为空间桁架。要计算控制截面的
The boom design is an important part of the tower crane design process. The design of the boom affects the performance of the whole machine, especially the long boom, and the impact is particularly prominent. The best design goal proposed in this paper is to minimize the consumption of materials and obtain the most economic benefits. The optimal choice of parameters is used to achieve the design goal. Select the path from the local to the whole. Now we will analyze the luffing jib (see Figure 1) at the lifting point. The boom is first segmented, then its control section is selected, and the mechanical model of the space truss is used for analysis. The objective function is the total weight of the boom (W) so that W = ΣρLA is a minimum value, which is the best design. Obviously area A is the main control. The boom is a space truss.
