火焰切割工艺发展到今天,已完善到优质、快速、精密切割的程度。实践证明:优质、快速、精密切割技术,是一项多快好省的新工艺。我们简称它为“火焰精切技术”。火焰精密切割工艺具有以下特征:1.火焰精密切割件,应满足图纸几何形状的要求;2.火焰精密切割件,应满足图纸尺寸精度的要求。目前的水平,尺寸精度可达到国标 GB 159—59规定的7~9级精度要求;
Flame cutting process to today, has been improved to high-quality, fast, precision cutting degree. Practice has proved that: high-quality, fast, precision cutting technology, is a new technology more efficient province. We call it “flame cutting technology”. Flame precision cutting process has the following characteristics: 1. Flame precision cutting parts, should meet the requirements of drawing geometry; 2. Flame precision cutting parts, should meet the requirements of drawing dimensional accuracy. The current level of dimensional accuracy can reach the national standard GB 159-59 7 to 9 precision requirements;
