国有经济的调整和国有企业的改革还未全面完成,还有许多深层次的难题需要突破。解决这些问题,是对前三十多年国有经济改革的继续和深化,同时也是推动我国社会主义市场经济体制趋于成熟的必由之路。
The readjustment of the state-owned economy and the reform of state-owned enterprises have not yet been fully completed. There are still many deep-seated problems that need to be overcome. To solve these problems is the continuation and deepening of the state-owned economic reform over the past 30 years and the only way to promote the maturity of our socialist market economic structure.
