本文讨论了在杂波情况下,实现最佳雷达信号处理的新方法。在信号处理器带宽足够大的条件下,杂波可以合理地视为是短期内平稳的过程。于是,最佳 信号处理问题变为实时求解Toeplitz方程组的问题。文中进一步证明:Toeplitz方程组的求解可以采用一种高度并行的算法,在Systolic阵上进行。这样的结构形式很容易用VLSI技术实现。通过计算机模拟,对这种新方法与其它处理方法进行了性能对比。
This article discusses a new approach to optimal radar signal processing in clutter. Under the condition that the signal processor bandwidth is large enough, the clutter can reasonably be regarded as a smooth process in the short term. Thus, the best signal processing problem becomes the problem of solving Toeplitz equations in real time. The paper further proves: Toeplitz equations can be solved by using a highly parallel algorithm on the Systolic array. Such a structure is easily implemented using VLSI technology. Through computer simulation, this new method is compared with other processing methods.
