跨栏跑是普通高校普修田径技术教学中,技术性强,学习难度较大,技术较复杂的项目之一。传统的跨栏跑教学,是把跨栏跑技术分解。由于普通高校普修课跨栏跑时数少(如浙江公安专科学校,浙江政法专科学校,中国计量学院、浙江工学院、广西工学院均只有4学时,而浙江农业大学田径专项班也仅为6学时),不容易形成跨栏跑的完整技术。而学生身体素质相对较差,容易使学生在学习完整跨栏动作时,表现出各阶段动作的衔接不协调、不连贯,出现脱节现象。学生一旦形成习惯动作,将不利于形成完整技术的正常节奏,本文针对跨栏跑普修课授课时数少,教学任务重,学生素质差的实际情况,运用完整教学法,对跨栏跑技术动作的教学进行初步的探讨。
