在前年的心脏康复研究会上,作者就出院的缺血性心脏病患者的有关体育疗法的草案及其实施效果进行了说明.现在就执行该草案。为了有效与安全,应如何选择病人,及如何预期达到体育疗法的效果这二个问题,从冠状动脉及左室造影所见进行了探讨。一、体育疗法的适应患者与缺血性心脏病患者的猝死关于急性心肌梗塞患者的康复问题,按Dehn 等分类,属较轻病例的A 类和B 类,其早期的身体适应能力高,因此曾有论述其运动疗法的适应症者。
