目的研究一种医用消毒耦合剂的细胞毒性。方法实验设6个剂量组,分别为5.00 mg/ml、1.67 mg/ml、0.56 mg/ml、0.19 mg/ml、0.06 mg/ml、0.02 mg/ml,观察其对小鼠L929成纤维细胞1 d、3 d、7 d的细胞毒性。结果小鼠L929成纤维细胞在该医用消毒耦合剂的作用下,5.00 mg/ml、1.67 mg/ml、0.56 mg/ml、0.19 mg/ml剂量组在各时间点出现1级到4级毒性的形态学改变,且有明显的剂量-反应关系;MTT实验显示,各剂量组各时间点相对增殖率(RGR值)均降低,毒性级别为1级到4级,呈现明显的剂量-反应关系。结论本次实验条件下,该医用消毒耦合剂有明显的细胞毒性。
Objective To study the cytotoxicity of a medical disinfectant coupling agent. Methods The experimental groups were divided into 6 groups: 5 mg / ml, 1.67 mg / ml, 0.56 mg / ml, 0.19 mg / ml, 0.06 mg / ml and 0.02 mg / d, 3 d, 7 d cytotoxicity.
