目的:建立风湿定胶囊中毒藜碱含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-缓冲液(21∶79)(缓冲液:0.2g庚烷磺酸钠、2.0g磷酸二氢钾、0.3mL磷酸定容至1000mL),检测波长为260nm。结果:毒藜碱在0.124～0.620μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.27%,RSD为2.06%。结论:本法可用于风湿定胶囊中毒藜碱的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of muscarinine in Fengshiding capsule. Method: The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase was methanol-buffer (21:79) (buffer: 0.2 g sodium heptane sulfonate, 2.0 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.3 mL phosphoric acid Constant volume to 1000 mL), detection wavelength is 260 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between muscarinic and its peak area in the range of 0.124-0.620 μg, r=0.9999, the average recovery was 97.27%, RSD was 2.06%. Conclusion: This method can be used to determine the content of muscarinine in Fengshiding Capsule.
