我院1989～1995年共手术治疗原发性肝细胞癌126例,其中肝癌侵入胆道癌栓引起梗阻性黄疸6例。此型肝癌诊断、治疗有其特殊性,现就其临床资料分析如下。
In our hospital from 1989 to 1995, a total of 126 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated. Among them, 6 cases of obstructive jaundice were caused by invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma into the biliary tract. The diagnosis and treatment of this type of liver cancer have their own particularities. The clinical data are analyzed as follows.
